If you go to the Agriturismo, you have to go to the restaurant. Also, in the morning they give you fresh local burrata, pastries, fresh pear juice, fresh orange juice, milk, and packaged sweet sauces. It turns out they invented burrata in Puglia.
The restaurant is super intimate and the server spoke only Italian, French, German and other stuff (but no English). We didn’t need to speak English to enjoy dinner with our server who was also the Agriturismo manager. We would later drink until 3:00 A.M. sharing stories with him and new friends.
The dinner came out course by court and was amazing all along the way. The starter was Beef Carpaccio. The pasta course was my favorite dish of the whole trip. It was a hand made pasta fried in oil so part of it had a crispy chow mien texture. The vegetable in it is zucchini stems, I didn’t even know you could cook that. Burrata was in the sauce. The main was pan fried steak with olive oil, probably my least favorite part, but it was local cow. I’m used to a sauce, these guys use olive oil. Mind blown..
